3 Hours.
I got this idea from a skirt that I just bought. It was red with white High Wheel old fashioned bikes all over it in every which way. I personally thought it was adorable so I bought it. And I was thinking to myself, "I want to ride this bike. But not in the mountains." And thus the tagline. I like it's bluntness, however I ended up scrapping this completely and working with a different idea. It transformed into my Bucket List idea. I like my new idea much better, however I still really like this style of graphics.

I love the idea of the right brain being the creative side and the left brain being the analytical side. I played that up with this photo, however I then found a better picture. I wanted to branch off from the centering text on everything, because I feel as though that has become a crutch for me. If I can't make it good, make it centered.

This is my favorite so far. I love the colors, the concept, the text. I just enjoy it a lot. I would notice it if it were printed by printing services. I would also steal it off the residence hall's walls if I passed by it. Sounds conceited I know, but I didn't do the graphic (which is my favorite part...exactly what I was looking for when I was researching) so I feel like I can boast on someone else's behalf. I used the graphic from a Mercedes website. I am however experimenting with this idea and this right brain/left brain idea in my Drawing 3 class. I'm looking forward to my own designs on this basis.

(Research included)
Based on the Keep Calm and Carry on posters whose original creator is not known. They were propaganda before the 2nd World War to encourage people to stay with their daily lives and to be strong. I liked applying it to the forrest fires mostly because I found it on a pack of matches and thought, "Hey, that's a little contradictory to what I'm wanting to do...hey wait what! I could do that!"
